On the afternoon of February 28, 2025, Gui Hanfeng, member of the Chengdu Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Global Economic Development Cooperation Promotion Association, and Executive Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Foreign Economic Cooperation Promotion Association, attended the Panda Overseas Brand Cooperation and Exchange Event with Chen Xilin, Director of the Brand Operation Center of Sichuan International Expo Group, at the invitation of Liao Dongbing, Chairman of Zhong'an Mintai Industrial Co., Ltd.

Hu Miao, General Manager of Panda Overseas, presided over the meeting. Chen Xilin, Director of Brand Operations Center of Sichuan International Expo Group, provided a comprehensive, systematic, and in-depth interpretation of the theme of "Deepening Reform and Increasing Momentum, Expanding Opening up and Promoting Development" for the 2025 Western China International Expo, and sent out an official invitation letter.
