II. Corporate Background:

Development History: The company originated from the Chengdu JZFY Architectural Design Office established in 2002, converted to a limited liability company in December 2011, restructured into a joint-stock company in December 2021, and obtained approval to use a name without administrative division in March 2022. The design output value reached 5 million RMB in 2003, exceeded 100 million RMB for the first time in 2006, and broke through 1 billion RMB in 2016. In 2018, it acquired state-owned construction land use rights to invest in building a global headquarters, which was completed as "Tianfu Jiangxin" in 2024.

Enterprise Nature and Qualifications: As a comprehensive design service enterprise dedicated to high-quality urban and rural development, it belongs to non-state-owned enterprises (including private enterprises). It holds Class A qualifications in architectural industry (building engineering), landscape architecture design, urban and rural planning, Class B qualification in municipal engineering, and Grade I qualification in general contracting for building engineering construction, with comprehensive professional capabilities in design, consulting, and management services.

Shareholder Information: As a joint-stock company, it has 28 shareholders. Zhong Ming serves as the major shareholder, actual controller, and ultimate beneficiary. Shareholders also include Hainan JZFXingcheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Hainan JZFXingchuang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership).
