II. Corporate Background:

Taian Huacheng Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huacheng Group, was established in March 2015. The projects it has participated in, financed, and invested in construction in China include the chip industrial park led by CoreNex (Qingdao) Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., the Shandong Zhonghua Stone City Health Care Project (3,800 mu of mountain and forest land 30 kilometers west of Mount Tai), the Yufa Ecological Park in Nanjing (a national AAAAA-level tourist scenic area), the Runde Feier Manor in Yangzhou, the Diecui Lanting Health Care Demonstration Base in Hunan, the 1000MWp Photovoltaic Desert Control Project in Wushenqi, Ordos City, the Photovoltaic Hydrogen Production of Ningxia Baofeng Group, the Tiandi Coal Mine in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia (an open-pit coal mine with a reserve of 450 million tons), and the Shengyuan Logistics Park of Inner Mongolia Zhongyu Logistics Group.

Huachengfa New Energy (Ningxia) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Taian Huacheng Investment Co., Ltd., established a joint venture new energy company with the State Power Investment Group in Ningxia and jointly developed a 1,500-megawatt wind and photovoltaic project.

Huachengqiang New Energy (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Taian Huacheng Investment Co., Ltd., signed an agreement with Longyuan Power Group of the State Energy Group in Yunnan in 2022 and established a joint venture company to jointly develop a 2,400-megawatt wind and photovoltaic project.

Longsheng New Energy (Yunnan) Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Taian Huacheng Investment Co., Ltd., jointly established Haineihuaneng New Energy (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. with a subsidiary of Poly Group.

Taian Huacheng Investment Co., Ltd. invested in the CoreNex (Qingdao) Semiconductor Industrial Park project established by Dr. Zhang Rujing in 2019, with a total investment of 18.8 billion yuan.

The average production efficiency of its heterojunction batteries reaches 26.5%, the component power exceeds 750W, the bifacial power generation rate exceeds 95%, and the carbon footprint is as low as 366g CO₂ eq/W, with global leading technical indicators. It reduces costs through technologies such as ultra-thin silicon wafers (100 microns), silver-coated copper, and copper electroplating, and lays out perovskite tandem technology to promote the transformation of photovoltaic energy from an "alternative energy source" to a "main energy source". As of 2025, the annual production capacity of its heterojunction batteries and components reaches 20GW, with cumulative shipments exceeding 11GW, covering more than 30 countries around the world. The overseas market share continues to increase, and large-scale photovoltaic power plants have been built in countries such as Bulgaria and India, with an obvious trend of technology going global.
